Vincent
Sullivan founded F.A.S.S.T. with partner Peter Montpelier
in 1999. As a Sports Performance coach for over 10
years, he has worked with everyone from high-level
athletes to kids just getting started in sports. He
has created a program that treats athletes of all
levels and ages like a professional. With a staff
of Sports Performance coaches with the highest level
of education and certification available, he has created
an environment that promotes success and comradery
with every athlete who walks into the facility to
train
Vincent
Sullivan received his B.S. in Exercise Physiology
from Long Island University- C.W. Post. He is certified
by the National Strength and Conditioning Association
(NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Vincent is also certified as a United States Weightlifting
Level Two Olympic Weightlifting Coach, USA Track and
Field Level One Coach and Sports Performance Coach.

Deborah
Mann

Deborah
recieved her bachelor's of science from Springfield
College in Springfield Mass in 2000, a Master's of
Science from East Stroudsburg University in East Stroudsburg
PA in 2003. She also holds the certification on Certified
Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) from the NSCA,
and is a Level 1 club coach from the USAW. Deborah
has expericence working with althletes of all different
ages and abilities.

DeNunzio

After
graduating Scarsdale High School, she attended the
University of Florida on a Track & Field Scholarship
and is currently finishing a degree in Nutrition.
Her certifications include NFTA, ISSA-SSC, USAW-Senior
coach & Sports Performance. Her athletic honors
include 4X High School NYState Champion Shot Put (1989-1990),
NYState 100 Backstroke Champion (1990) and still holds
the Indoor Section 1 Shot Put record. At the University
of Florida, she made the All Freshman National Team
(1991) and All SEC (1991). In 1998 she started competitive
Olympic Weightlifting and received East Coast Gold
Best Female Lifter (2002-2003). Inga is ranked in
the top 20 Women’s National List (17), Top 3
in the 75+ Kilogram class (1999-2004) and she competed
at the 2004 Olympic Trials. |

Morgan
Sports
Performance Coach |
Keren
attended Messiah College and received a B.S. in Sport
and Exercise Science with a Health and Fitness concentration,
and Mathematics minor. He played 4 years of varisty
baseball at Messiah, was All-Conference and a two
year captain. Keren worked as the assistant strength
and conditioning coach for the Messiah varsity athletic
teams. Additionally, he is also a NSCA-CSCS. |

Yacavone

Noel
graduated from SUNY Cortland with two degrees; Bachelor
of Science and Bachelor of Science Education, and
has held a place on the Deans List every semester.
She is currently attending Long Island University,
where she is studying to receive her Master’s
in Coaching & Conditioning. Noel holds certification
through AFAA, is a member of the NSCA, and is currently
enrolled in a USAW Sports Performance course. She
has played softball, is a 2nd degree Black Belt, and
has competitively figured skated throughout her young
adulthood. She has experience working with athletes
of all ages. |
